Desktop Support

This is a long-term contract position that requires you to be on site in Las Vegas.

You will get to:
• Provide technical assistance and support computer systems, software, and hardware
• IMACs: installs, moves, adds and changes
• Monitor desktop and network equipment inventory
• Handle preventive maintenance on hardware
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and software issues for laptops, desktops, and mobile phones
• White-glove service for senior executive support
• Help with relocation and other facility
• Tain users on new systems and applications as needed

THE WELL QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
• 6+ months in large, preferrably enterpise environment
• Familiarity with common computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Enjoys and skilled at basic troubleshooting of hardware and software issues
• Knowledgeable in O365, Win10, SCCM and Trend Micro
• Must be customer-facing with strong English skills, written and verbal
• Basic knowledge of Networking fundamentals/protocols ( DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN, WAN )
• Possesses the ability to test hardware and peripherals and replace parts and components
• Bachelors degree
• A+ Training and/or Certification
• MCP Certification
• Self-directed and able to prioritize urgent issues
