All-State Electrical is currently hiring in Metro Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas! We are looking for experienced commercial electrical foremen/superintendents to join our team. The position will be responsible for working with team members to manage and oversee the completion of commercial electrical installations in all phases of commercial projects.

Job Description:
The Foreman is accountable for the electrical installation of projects in an Efficient and Code Compliant manner. Foremen participate in project planning and manage the day-to-day activities that adhere to projected completion schedule. They are responsible for the management and training of on-site personnel. Foremen must be capable of managing large numbers of individuals and assigning project tasks based on experience. They must coordinate with multiple trades on site as well as office personnel. They are responsible for completing projects based on construction budget estimates and schedule restrictions. They must have excellent communication and organizational skills. Foremen must be able to adapt to the changing work environment while meeting all budgetary, financial, and operational goals. A foreman reports to the project manager and the executive officer.
