Work closely with leadership to integrate new teams, advisors, and clients effectively.
Expand the firm's presence in new markets and strengthen its position as a leader in wealth management for ultra-high-net-worth families.
Human Resources Operations & Team Development:

Oversee all aspects of the Human Capital program, including benefits, policies, and compliance with labor laws.
Partner with the People and Culture team to attract, onboard, and develop top talent that aligns with the firm's core values.
Manage and develop teams across operations, technology, finance, and compliance functions.
Required Qualifications:

Excellent communication, business development, and presentation skills.
