We are committed to excellence and are seeking a Business Insurance Specialist to join our team.

The Business Insurance Specialist’s position is targeted to manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of insurance policies. This position focuses on providing comprehensive coverage for the business’s operations, including hazard, liability, builder’s risk, loss of income, auto insurance, and the like. Additionally, the role includes handling select personal and farming insurance policies for the business owners. The ideal candidate will have exceptional attention to detail, excellent follow-up skills, and the ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing.

Key Responsibilities :
  • Maintain all business insurance policies, ensuring adequate coverage compliance with regulations, and no expirations.
  • Oversee personal and farming insurance policies for the business owner, providing tailored support.
  • Monitor policy renewals and ensure timely maintenance and adjustments as needed.
  • Coordinate and facilitate the filing, processing, and resolution of insurance claims for both business and personal policies.
  • Conduct regular reviews of insurance policies to identify potential risks and recommend strategies to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with the CFO to align insurance strategies with business goals.
  • Maintain clear, concise, and professional communication with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present detailed insurance summaries and reports as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized documentation of policies, claims, and renewals.
  • Ensure follow-ups are completed promptly and thoroughly.

  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
