Responsible for maintaining and setting up all Audio Visual equipment throughout the location. In addition, the Audio Visual Coordinator will respond to requests for assistance when problems arise with any piece of AV equipment. Keep abreast of the latest technology in the AV area in order to assure that the location maintains the finest equipment possible.
• Provides excellent professional and customer-centric service to all employees, guests, and clients.
• Ensures all equipment is teach-ready including: Set up of all AV Equipment each day for training and business classes, ensuring proper functionality of all equipment
• Manage requests for changes or additions in AV equipment
• Greets each instructor or presenter, answering any questions they may have on how to operate their AV equipment
• Resolve all problems with AV equipment quickly and efficiently
• Attend daily and weekly meetings as required by manager
• Monitor the AV equipment condition ensuring and maintaining optimal functionality
• Recommend new or additional equipment that would help the location better service its guests
• Conduct monthly inventories of equipment
• Conduct training classes on AV equipment for conference services, facilitators, program managers and onsite staff
• Operate as a collaborative team member
• Assist in production, setup, and execution of all events in training rooms and throughout other areas of site. This includes set-up and reconfiguring tables, chairs, podiums, stages, decor, banners, and any other furniture
• Assists maintenance team with minor maintenance issues as needed and replace broken or damaged items in a timely manner.
• Complete work orders
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of facilities, equipment and safe maintenance practices and procedures

• 3-5 years Audio Visual experience
• High School Graduate or GED required. College Degree and/or AV credentials preferred
• Corporate experience preferred
• Board level & C-Suite level direct support experience including board meetings and public investment calls
This role may have physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling and/or extended walking and standing. This role may also require uniforms and/or usage of Personal Protective equipment (PPE).
