Join a dynamic, highly-regarded Tax Practice in our New York office! We are seeking a highly qualified associate (2021-2019) to work on a wide range of transactional tax matters. You will collaborate closely with our corporate practice, advising clients on various tax matters, including corporate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures; partnerships, LLCs, and joint ventures; private equity and fund formation; real estate, real estate fund formation, and REITs; regulated investment companies; as well as financing and capital markets transactions.

Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in transactional tax law, strong academic credentials, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to promptly obtain it) is required.

Compensation:
