Are you fluent in both Tagalog and English, passionate about customer service, and eager to make every passenger’s journey seamless? Pacific Aviation is seeking part-time Airline Customer Service Agents to provide exceptional support to travelers at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX).

Your role will involve assisting passengers throughout their travel experience, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and valued at every step.

Your Responsibilities

As an Airline Customer Service Agent, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Check-In Counters:

    • Welcoming passengers with warmth and professionalism.
    • Verifying IDs, issuing boarding passes, tagging luggage, and addressing passenger inquiries.
  • Departure/Arrival Gates:

    • Making clear, accurate boarding announcements.
    • Scanning boarding passes and ensuring passengers meet all documentation requirements.
    • Assisting with deplaning processes for both domestic and international flights.

Please note that this position involves standing and walking for the majority of your shift.

Your Shift Schedule

This is a part-time position, requiring availability for 4-5 hour shifts during the following times:

  • Morning Shift: 5:30 AM - 11:30 AM
  • Evening Shift: 4:30 PM - 10:30 PM

You must be available to work at least four (4) days per week, including weekends and holidays, as airline schedules demand.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in English and Tagalog: Fluency in both spoken and written communication is required.

  • Flexibility to work shifts based on airline schedules, including weekends and holidays.

  • Ability to complete five (5) days of onboarding and computer training.

  • Proficiency with computers and airline systems.

  • A positive attitude and a “whatever it takes” mindset.

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
