Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our recruiting team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the recruiting team, including scheduling interviews, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings.
• Assist with the preparation of candidate resumes and job descriptions.
• Maintain and update candidate records and databases.
• Communicate with candidates to provide information and update them on their application status.
• Assist in organizing recruiting events and job fairs.
• Perform general office duties, such as filing, data entry, and answering phones.
• Support the team in various ad-hoc projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years experience in an administrative role, preferably in a recruiting, payroll or sales support role
• Ability to work remotely from home full time
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to our customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software or databases.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Details:

• Location: Vancouver, WA
• Pay: $18-25/hr, depending on experience
• Shift: Day, 8-5pm
