Accounting & Finance Intern

What you´ll do:

• Work under the Finance Analyst to help with accounts payables and receivables processes.
• Respond to supplier inquiries in a timely and professional manner that helps to create positive relationships.
• Manage queues in third party payables system (API).
• Cash Payments.
• Processing customer refunds.
• Reconcile vendor statements.
• Resolve RNI items.
• Update and maintain Excel Spreadsheets.
• Run weekly reports.
• Assist specialists in daily tasks.

What you´ll need:

• Pursue a 4-year degree in accounting or finance.
• A background in accounting is a plus.
• Availability to work from 20 to 40 hours a week, flexible to your school schedule.
• Excellent written and verbal English language and communication skills.
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel functions and formulas.
• High-energy level paired with curiosity and keen desire to learn and understand business acumen in a dynamic, aggressively growing company.
• Self-motivated with high-achiever mentality, entrepreneurial spirit, strong leadership skills, decision-making abilities, and work ethic.

Where you'll work:

This is a hybrid role. Office location: Bellevue, WA. Preference for candidates located in the greater Seattle area.  Targeting a start date of April 2025.

Pay and Benefits:

The hourly pay for this position is up to $20/hr. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
