AMC Terms & Conditions
PAYMENT TERM ?
25% of advance amount paid by customer at the time of AMC contract. After that, rest payment will be made on quarterly basis.
PERIOD OF CONTRACT ?
he contract is valid for one year from the date of signing of MOU on AMC.contract is non-transferable, this may be renewed from year to year subject to rendering of satisfactory service & fulfilling the term & conditions.
QUALITY OF SPARES ?
The equipment parts replaced must be new and equivalent in performance of existing parts.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES ?
The AMC cost includes the traveling cost for rendering service through out the year for one or all locations & for one or all systems.
WORKING HOUR ?
The maintenance work shall normally be done during working hours of the customer. however, in case of emergency maintenance may have to be done beyond office hours and even on holidays prior arrangement through proper communication should be worked out in all cases by the servicing agencies.
RESPONSE TIME ?
Normal response time for repair is 24-hours to 48 hours from the actual time of reporting the problem to the Customer.
REPORTING AUTHORITY ?
The Service Engineer will be allowed to handle the respective equipment only with permission of the officer in-charge of Computer Systems.
NOT REASONABLE ?
We will not be responsible for any damages or defects caused by any unauthorized person or when damage or defect is noticed as a result of misuse, virus attack, accidents, fire, water abuse, earthquake, riot or any other natural disaster – all jobs are undertaken at client’s risk.
REPLACEMENT OF PARTS ?
Maintenance of the computer, printer, laptop, server, network & UPS includes supply & replacement of parts free of cost except some consumable items. Annexure is enclosed for components not covered under AMC. However the servicing agency may provide such components and the price may be fixed at the time of signing of AMC..
PARTS & SERVICES NOT COVERED ?
• Monitor picture tube.
• Support on software application packages
• Data loss
• Hard disk drive media
• Printer head, ribbons, cartridges, knob
• Any failure due to power failure, fire, short-circuits
• All add-ons cards, cd-rom, sound cards, speakers
